Dashboard tab

The Dashboard tab is incredibly useful for everyday activities. It shows your upcoming travel, spending, and gives you access to travel tools. Let's take a tour.

Toolbar

At the top left is a sync status button. It'll show a no-wifi symbol if you're offline and will spin when Voyage Vault is syncing with iCloud. You can also tap it to get more detailed sync information.

Currency Converter

At the top right, you have a button that presents the Currency Converter. This list of currencies is automatically populated by your trip currencies and lets you quickly compare a local price to what it would cost in your home currency.

Vault Manager

Just below the toolbar buttons is the Vault Manager button. It shows your current vault name and the share status of this vault. Tap this button to switch vaults or to change the name and color of the current vault.

Next 2 Trips

The Dashboard also shows your next two trips. This may include your current trip and the next one. There's also an + Add transaction button to give you quick access to recording what you spend.

Schengen Status

If you travel through Europe, you'll want to track how many days you've spent in Schengen countries. The EU requires that you only spend 90 days total in these 29 countries during any 180 day period. The calculations can get tricky, but with Voyage Vault, all you have to do is glance at the app.

Tap this button to see a more detailed list of days spent and remaining.

Unique Countries

The Dashboard also shows how many countries you've visited. Tap this button to see your full list.

Expenses Chart

Lastly, you'll see a chart of your spending. You can choose to see it as a pie chart or a bar chart and filter it to any year or month.
