Who Created Voyage Vault

In 2022, Judy and Kevin Hoctor, the team behind the YouTube channel Finding Gina Marie, began traveling the world full-time. As their travels grew more complex, so did the systems needed to manage finances, visas, bookings, and documentation.

They were juggling spreadsheets, budgeting software, currency converters, and Schengen calculators just to stay organized.

Kevin saw the bigger picture. With more than four decades of software development experience, including building the personal finance app MoneyWell and nearly a dozen years working at Apple, he recognized that the problem wasn’t discipline. It was fragmentation.

In late 2024, Kevin began designing and building a single system that could bring everything together.

Drawing on her 30+ years managing complex executive travel and the daily realities of full-time international living, Judy helped refine the app’s features and usability so it reflects how travel truly unfolds.
