Can I scan receipts and reservations?

Voyage Vault allows you to add documents to transactions, trips, and reservations so you can have all your important receipts, confirmations, and travel documents in one place.

Document Scanning

The most requested feature has been scanning documents for automatic entry of transactions and reservations. So we added document scanning using Apple Intelligence to Voyage Vault and it's available now in the App Store.

Is it secure?

The greatest feature of Apple Intelligence is that it processes your document scanning on your device. Nothing is ever sent out to a server on the internet, so you don't have to worry about your data being intercepted or reused by an external AI model. Your security is our top priority.

How does it work?

When you create a new transaction and add a receipt, Voyage Vault extracts the name, date, amount, and currency from the receipt and fill out the transaction for you.

Reservations work in a similar fashion. Flights and lodging details are extracted from the attached confirmations and Voyage Vault creates the necessary reservations.

What apps work with document scanning?

To keep things simple, the document management system won't change with respect to how you attach them. Voyage Vault accepts almost all document formats via the clipboard, Photos, the camera, or files on your device. You can copy and paste documents from any other app and let our app scan them for you. This allows us to support any app that you want to export data from and import into Voyage Vault.
